About this event
Time Out magazine describes Blade Runner as “The single most immersive and tactile world ever created for the cinema.” Now, by arrangement with Warner Bros., Ridley Scott’s multi-Academy Award-nominated cult classic, Blade Runner: The Final Cut (2007) can be experienced on a vast HD screen while Academy Award-winning composer Vangelis’ synthesizer-led score is performed by The Avex Ensemble, in-sync with the 1982 motion picture. Blade Runner LIVE is a production of Avex Classics International, and brings an elevated emotional experience of the noir-thriller that tells the story of detective Rick Deckard (Harrison Ford) and his complicated mission as a Replicant Hunter.
Blade Runner is regarded as one of the greatest science fiction films ever made –and it’s never before been experienced like this! Blade Runner is rated R, and is not recommended for young audiences. The film will be shown with subtitles.
